Math/Science/Foreign Language Scholarship

The College of Education offers this opportunity to students admitted to the Secondary Teacher Education Program, with teaching majors or minors in mathematics, one of the sciences (biology, chemistry, computer science, geology, or physics), or one of the foreign languages (French, German, Russian, or Spanish) and who have a cumulative 3.0 GPA.
Special Conditions: Recipients must maintain a cumulative 3.0 GPA on a minimum of 12 credit hours (if undergraduate), or 9 hours (if graduate) per semester.
Value: up to $1,500 per year

    • The College of Education Scholarship Committee would like three (3) letters of support from references for your scholarship application. Please ensure that at least two (2) of the references that you provide have been instructors for coursework taken with the College of Education. The references will be emailed and asked to type a letter of support on your behalf when you provide their name and email in the space provided.
