C. Boyce Yanik Upperclassman Scholarship

The C. Boyce Yanik Upperclassman Scholarship provides a $10,000 scholarship for one first-generation upperclassman during the 2023/24 academic year. To be eligible for the C. Boyce Yanik Upperclassman Scholarship students must:

  • Be a junior or senior starting Fall 2023
  • Enroll full-time (15 or more credits) during the 2023-2024 academic year at the University of Utah
  • Demonstrate academic promise, and a commitment to community service
  • Be a first-generation student
  • Demonstrate financial need
  • Be seeking their first undergraduate degree.
  • Complete a FAFSA before the scholarship deadline.
