Charles G. Collins Foundation Scholarship
The Colleges of Science and Mines & Earth Science is pleased to announce the Charles G. Collins Foundation Scholarship to be awarded to graduate students pursing a Masters or Doctorate degree. To be considered for the award complete the University of Utah General Scholarship Application and then complete the Charles G. Collins Foundation Scholarship application. This is a need based scholarship so a FAFSA application is also required.
Need‐Based Scholarships: To be considered for a need‐based scholarship award, you are required to complete the 2023-2024 FAFSA application. The application is now open and will require information from your 2021 taxes. (Students classified as dependent by FAFSA standards must also include parent 2021 tax information).

This can include contributions to sports, religion, politics, and other beneficial activities to the community. 2. What are your plans for the future and how do you plan to use your Masters or Doctorate degree? 3. Describe any hardship, big or small, you had and how you overcame the hardship. What did you learn from this experience?

- List any scholarship you will be receiving for the 2023-24 academic year including amounts for each award.
- What is your anticipated date of graduation?
