Applicant Requirements:

  • Be a current Health & Kinesiology major with an emphasis in Community Health Education, Nuclear Medicine, or Emergency Medical Services.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to attending medical school or a physician assistant program.
  • Indicate need for financial assistance.
  • Awarded based primarily on scholarly performance.

  • A current resume/CV.
