Lear Family Scholarship

Established by Jon and Phillip Lear in honor of their parents, Frank L. and Dorothy Pond Lear. Scholarship funds are to be awarded to an outstanding junior or senior in the Honors College who demonstrates tangible skill and interest in their chosen field of study, and is committed to attaining an Honors degree (thesis completion) with high academic standing. Applicants must provide a brief plan of their desired thesis topic and a short response to how they are currently engaged in their field of study outside the classroom.
