Dallin Walker - Game Maker Scholarship
Dallin Walker was preparing to attend the University of Utah when he tragically passed away in January of his senior year of high school. Dallin was an extraordinarily bright and talented individual, and had chosen to focus his creative talents on becoming a video game developer. To honor Dallin and his passion for video game development, his family has established the Dallin Walker – Game Maker Scholarship.
This scholarship provides one $1,200 scholarship to an entering freshman student enrolled in the Entertainment Arts and Engineering program and attending the University of Utah full-time during the 2024-25 academic year. Preference will be given to first-generation students and students with demonstrated financial need.
Eligibility Criteria
- Enroll in 12 or more credits during the 2024-25 academic year at the University of Utah;
- Enrolled in the Entertainment Arts and Engineering program;
- Demonstrated financial need;
- Be seeking their first undergraduate degree.
