John & Carolyn Collins Endowed Scholarship

Established by John M. (BS CvEE ’67, MS CvEE ’68) and Carolyn Collins to encourage civil engineering majors to complete their degree. Mr. Collins was responsible for the water and sewer system maintenance for Washoe County, NV, and is currently the general manager for several small municipalities.
