The Bill and Pat Child Family Scholarships for Ivory University House

The Bill and Pat Child Family Scholarships for Ivory University House will be awarded to incoming and current University of Utah students who demonstrate experience providing service. The scholarship will cover a portion of housing expenses at Ivory University House.

Preference will be given to applicants who: 

  • Graduated from a Utah high school
  • Provided service through the Armed Forces, Peace Corps, Religious Missions, AmeriCorps or Teach for America. 
  • Demonstrate financial need.
  • Complete a FAFSA for the 2024/25 year by the application deadline. (Students not eligible for FAFSA please contact Financialaid@utah.edu for more information)

I understand that any engagement in the activities listed could result in removal from Ivory University House, and therefore loss of the scholarship funding. 

    • I acknowledge that I must sign a one-year lease with Ivory University House to accept and receive the scholarship funding
