CSAR Operation Success Scholarship
Operation Success is a leadership development program led through project development. This program is for students who would like to create change and become strong leaders where they stand. Students in the cohort, a.k.a. Success Fellows, will have the opportunity to identify a disparity within the community, nation, or abroad, and create a project, organization, or business that addresses that need. Success Fellows will be connected to multiple networks in the community as they build their projects and be able to receive masterclass style insight from experts within the community.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be an undergraduate student
- Must have completed 24 or more credit hours at the University of Utah or another higher ed. institution by fall 2025
- Must be a enrolled full-time (12 credit hours or more)
- Must have a GPA of 2.50 or greater
Program Requirements:
- Attend an opening orientation Fall 2025
- Complete 5 hours of weekly studying in the Center for Student Access & Resources (CSAR)
- Attend and participate in monthly skill building sessions (September – March)
- Create a project proposal of a program addressing a large challenge on our campus, local community, or the world
- Present your program proposal at the end of the academic year at the program celebration
- Weekly meetings with Student Resource Navigator in CSAR
