ACCESS Scholars: Research & Scholarship Program Promoting Community in Science

What does the ACCESS Scholars Program offer?
Through the ACCESS program, students will engage in research, get personalized input on academic and career goals from faculty mentors, join a community of future leaders, and become part of a network of peers and alumni. A year of ACCESS includes a monetary award of $1,500 and all costs associated with this first-year opportunity, including housing for the summer experience.
Who is eligible?
All new students (first-year students and college transfers who will start at the U in the fall semester) interested in majoring in a STEM discipline and contributing to a close community in the College of Science are encouraged to apply.
