Healthy Living Foundation Scholarship

Dr. Gange and the Utah Healthy Living Foundation are a like-minded group of medical doctors, physician assistants, and community members who aim to improve the quality of life and healthcare in Utah. The Foundation is working to increase the number of future providers by supporting scholarships for PA students.

Applicant requirements:
1. The applicant must be a Physician Assistant Student enrolled in the Utah Physician Assistant Studies Program, be in their first year of studies, and be in good standing.
2. The applicant should be able to demonstrate financial need.
