  5. To be considered for the Elmo R. & Frances Bennion Morgan Endowed Fellowship, please describe your work in the Utah Education Policy Center (UEPC) on educational research projects that benefit the state's education system at the University of Utah.

Dyer Memorial Endowed Scholarship, please upload a statement describing how you exemplify Winifred Dyer's professional life, including service to students in K-12 schools, emphasis on multicultural and/or non-traditional approaches to education, and interdisciplinary study and its implications for educational theory, research, and practice.
