Drew Youngquist Endowed Scholarship

This endowed scholarship is proudly offered in honor of Drew Youngquist, who tragically lost his life August 12th, 2025. Drew lived a life of service and adventure, through work with vulnerable patient populations and embodying ideals of sacrifice, service and curiosity. At the time of his death, he had recently graduated as an honors student with a degree in EMS studies and a focus on wilderness rescue. He previously served the Salt Lake Valley as an AEMT and, later, as a ski patroller at the Olympic Park in Park City. Drew was applying for medical school when he died and had hoped to become an emergency physician like his father. In an effort to honor those ideals of service and dedication Drew espoused, a scholarship fund is has been endowed by his family, his friends and his community, to reward deserving students embodying similar pursuits and ideals.
